Dear BGIN Community,

Join us on **Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 12:00 UTC** for a **public webinar** hosted by the IKP Working Group on the **Agentic Framework** — a proposal that could shape the next standard in blockchain governance.

The framework’s three-agent architecture ( **Archive, Codex, Discourse** ) transforms static governance documentation into _living governance intelligence_, preserving stakeholder sovereignty while scaling governance knowledge through cryptographic consensus.

We will also introduce the topics to be discussed in the upcoming Layer2 Meetup@Eth Tokyo & EDCON as well as Block #13.
