Due to the time difference (I will be in Bay Area), please let me cancel the ops working group meeting this week.

To-do list

• Establish workflow guidelines to enable the immediate launch of new projects.  
• Develop guidelines for the Working Group Chairs regarding project management.  
• Launch the new website.  
• Prepare the Block#11 meeting reports.  
• Set up a Mailchimp subscription and create a mailing list.
