Dear BGIN Community Members,
We are pleased to announce the development of our new meeting report generation system that utilizes Local LLM technology. This system processes meeting recordings to create comprehensive meeting notes while ensuring strict compliance with the Chatham House Rule.
Key Features:
- Processing of locally recorded meeting files
- Utilization of Local LLM for content generation
- Complete privacy and security through local processing
Technical Implementation:
The complete system, including shell scripts, Python code, and prompt files, is available in our public GitHub repository:
Meeting Report Generation Repository
We welcome your feedback and suggestions for improvements, particularly regarding the prompt files. Please submit your comments as issues in the GitHub repository.
Example Output:
As a demonstration of the system’s capabilities, we are sharing a draft meeting note from today’s IKP Working Group meeting:
IKP WG Meeting Note Draft
Important Note on AI Access:
Please be aware that different Working Groups may have varying policies regarding AI access. In cases where WG Chairs specify, cloud-based AI agent access may not be permitted to ensure compliance with the Chatham House Rule. Please check with your respective WG Chair for specific guidelines.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
BGIN Team
