The GDC 2026 breakout in Geneva on 2 September 2026 (12:00–12:50) is now on the BGIN website as a meeting report, with the session slides. The record is written under the Chatham House Rule: information may be used; speakers and other participants are not identified.
The 50-minute session asked how the identity and blockchain rooms can share vulnerability and threat findings fast enough to matter when agentic systems raise both the volume and the mix of signals—without a central authority, across borders, and without feeding adversaries. It built on the Cybersecurity Information Sharing Framework (on an ISO/TC 307 pathway) and the Security AI Agent workstream.

What the room actually used
- Neither volume nor quality of handling can keep up inside one country or one stakeholder. Shared schemas and semantics, provenance, validation evidence, and review rules were presented as the four reliability conditions for an agent-keyed sharing ecosystem.
- The shareable object in the demonstration was an observed pathway through a knowledge graph (compressed, hashed, comparable), not a full vulnerability dump and not a required API hop.
- Classical CVE/NVD-class pipelines remain necessary building blocks. The collaboration problem is connecting them, together with ISACs and national and European processes, rather than inventing a second clearinghouse.
- Floor discussion distinguished threat-intelligence feeds from system-attached vulnerabilities, and discussed how anonymous or pseudonymous expert weight might sit beside verifiable credentials.
