BGIN_InformationSharingFW_08112025.docx (257.7 KB)

Dear BGIN Cyber Security WG members,

My sincere apologies for the horrible delay. Please find attached a file which is the initial draft of the BGIN Information Sharing Framework.

For your reference, below is the mural board and the chart of stakeholders Takaya previously put together summarizing the past discussions. We will be holding a WG meeting soon so please do find a time to take a close look at the document and keep your notes prior the meeting.

Any comments, edits, corrections are greatly appreciated and we appreciate the time you all put into this effort.

Thanks and best regards,

Tomofumi

P.S. I have some good news about Takaya’s continued involvement which I intend to share at the next WG meeting so stay tuned!

@Tomofumi_Okubo

There is a Zoom call to discuss the PAS draft at ISO TC307 JWG4 this Friday. It looks like the current draft circulating is the wrong version, with incomplete tables, etc. Could you double-check and send the correct version to Julien? It may cause a serious delay in the PAS process.

It’s not the wrong version so resending it won’t help.
It just didn’t get imported right. The ask is to review and point out what is wrong with the import.

I spotted couple of other issues re formatting.

Cheers,
Tomofumi

@JBringer do you have any idea about the import problem?

We will need to adjust manually. I do not think we can ask ISO team to fix for us. They tried to import as best as they can the word document to keep most of the content but without looking into the details
