Six working sessions take the competition from a briefing to a call. Each rides an existing calendar anchor where one exists. All dates are provisional until organisers confirm them, and the roadmap in the repository is the version that gets corrected: workshops/ROADMAP.md.

SSR 2026 co-located PQC workshop, Baltimore, 13 December (working date). The formal call-text window, and where the “PQC-ready chain” definition the GDC26 report names as a December deliverable has to exist.

The workshops are the first arrow. The reason the metric units and the reference configuration get argued about this hard, this early, is the second one: a metric that is not standards-ready does not survive the trip.
