:police_car_light: Urgent Call for Participation

We are urgently seeking participation from blockchain development communities and blockchain projects at the PQC Migration and Advanced Key Management session during BGIN Block 14 (March 1-2, 2026, Tokyo).

This session will discuss the framework and outline of technical specifications for the NEDO Competition—specifications that will shape international standards (ISO/TC 307) and regulatory security requirements for blockchain technology globally.

:clipboard: Key Points

What We’re Discussing

  • Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Migration - Quantum-resistant cryptography for blockchains
  • Advanced Key Management - MPC, multisig, ZKP approaches

Why This Matters

  1. International Standards: Framework will become BGIN Standards and progress toward ISO/TC 307
  2. Calming Confused Discussions: Bring clarity and structure to fragmented PQC migration discussions across the blockchain ecosystem
  3. Regulatory Impact: Results will influence regulatory security standards globally
  4. Substantial Prize: Competition offers tens of millions of JPY per winner in each theme

What We Need

  • Block 14 Participation (URGENT): Speakers to present existing community discussions, technologies, and contribute to specification framework discussion
  • NEDO Competition Participation: As applicants and as evaluators

Event Details

  • Dates: March 1-2, 2026 (During Japan Fintech Week)
  • Venue: Dragon Gate, 18th Floor, Shibuya Parco, Tokyo, Japan
  • URGENT: Only 7 weeks remain—we need to confirm participation ASAP

Timeline

  • Block 14: March 1-2, 2026 (Specification framework discussion)
  • Specification Finalization: Fall 2026
  • Technology Development: Fall 2026 - Fall 2027
  • Evaluation Period: Fall 2027 - Spring 2028

Hello, My name is Dominik and I represent the company Inferara. I was originally introduced to BGIN by @Mitchell at Edcon in Osaka of 2025. I have observed this forum for some time but this is my first time posting. We are based in Fukuoka so we have a strong interest in supporting blockchain programs such as this locally in Japan!

We are eager to contribute our technical expertise and implementation experience to this global security effort.

We are interested in exploring participation at Block 14 in ways such as:

  • Speaker Representation: We are interested in presenting on topics and serving as speakers for the session.

  • Technical Proposals: Presenting existing technologies and specific improvement proposals relevant to both quantum resistance and key management.

  • Q&A Participation: We are always interested to learn more about other project initiatives and ideas.

As for the NEDO competition we will evaluate further about if we would like to participate as either evaluators or applicants.

I will reach out to you directly via e-mail as well thank you.
