@shinichiro.matsuo Would you be available sometime next week to discuss the webinar webpage with @Mitchell ? Also, how should we approach drafting the Luma event page? I’m not very familiar with setting up a Luma event—does BGIN already have an account for this?
Yes please!
I’ll dm’d my calendar
For next week we need:
Luma event (with description)
The promotion of the blog series by way of forwarding interest to attending the webinar
(both in direct msgs and on our socials)
Coodination around making it possible to MVP one aspect for the L2 meetup in EDCON + support for the privacy aspects.
i suggest the mvp is just a Discourse Agent (which allows an LLM to post in a private thread per workshop topic, which is trained on our context documentations and knowledge)
Ideally the way workshop participants interact with this is by doing a @Archive @Codex @Discourse command in their chat, which triggers an agentic response, using the established framework docs (saved per each of these agentic categories)
@Mitchell Here is the link to the luma page I set up for the upcoming webinar:
BGIN Webinar: The BGIN’ing of Agentic Governance
Transforming Blockchain Governance Through Living Intelligence
Hosted by: BGIN Identity, Key Management & Privacy (IKP) Working Group
Date: Thursday, August 28, 2025
Duration: 60 minutes
Format: Online webinar with interactive Q&A
Event Overview
Join BGIN’s IKP Working Group for an exploration of the revolutionary Agentic Archive and Codex framework that transforms static governance documentation into living intelligence systems. This webinar introduces the three-agent architecture (Archive, Codex, and Discourse) that preserves stakeholder sovereignty while scaling collective governance wisdom through cryptographic consensus mechanisms.
The blog series, which outlines this in more detai,l is found here: sync.soulbis.com/s/bgin-agentic-framework-archive-codex
What You’ll Learn:
-
How Archive Agents capture institutional memory while protecting competitive intelligence
-
The role of Codex Agents in translating policy frameworks into executable protocols
-
How Discourse Agents enable the Agentic Chatham House Protocol for privacy-preserving governance participation
-
Practical implementation strategies for sovereignty-preserving governance intelligence
-
EDCON and Block 13 BGIN Events discussion, building practical goals out of moments of in-person focus.
Perfect for:
Regulators & Policymakers: Shape blockchain governance frameworks
Technologists: Contribute to technical standards development
Industry Leaders: Understand regulatory landscape
Academics & Researchers: Engage in cutting-edge discussions
Students: Learn from industry experts and build networks
Upcoming BGIN Events
BGIN Workshop at EDCON Osaka
Date: September 16-19 2025
Location: Osaka, Japan
Join us at EDCON for hands-on workshops exploring practical implementation of agentic governance frameworks. Deep-dive sessions on cryptographic sovereignty mechanisms and multi-stakeholder coordination in the cybersecurity standards space.
Block 13: The BGIN’ing of Agentic Governance
Date: October 15-17 2025
Location: Washington, DC
The landmark event marking the operational launch of BGIN’s agentic governance framework. Block 13 represents the culmination of our journey from static documentation to living governance intelligence, featuring the first live deployment of coordinated Archive, Codex, and Discourse agents in multi-stakeholder governance processes.
Sophisticated multistakeholder workshop and roundtable discussions BGIN is known for will of course, also be on the agenda: https://bgin-global.org/events/20251015-block13
We aim to demonstrate how democratic legitimacy scales through privacy-preserving AI systems that enhance rather than replace human governance wisdom.

Thank you very much! Let’s circulate this announcement over social media.

Research Professor, Department of Computer Science, Georgetown University Cyber SMART Director, and Lead Researcher, Blockchain Eco-System
Should I post this on X, LinkedIn, and the IKP, FASE WG Telegram group chats?
@Mitchell I updated the website to include the webinar and GovHack.
Please review it and let me know if it needs changes.
this looks good thank you!
On Luma we have a zoom link that shows on Luma when the webinar is about to start.
Should we also send an email (a “blast”) with this zoom link to all the participants (there are currently 27!) the day before or on the day of?
Could you please do it now and send another reminder email on the day of the webinar?
I’ll be posting on linkedin tomorrow a reminder, we have a good amount of participants, ^ happy to share this if its posted by bgin first
this is the presentation ive been working on (in draft) https://gamma.app/docs/BGINing-of-Agentic-Governance-Building-the-Governance-to-Code-Hac-r35vz2du5w9w5sv
@Mitchell Just made reminder posts on X and LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/posts/blockchain-governance-initiative-network_bgin-agentic-framework-archive-codex-and-activity-7366400217027399680-QXdH?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_ios&rcm=ACoAADx0j0IBKchf5SfKRjOJE_WFuWbI2x2PFfg
Also I’ve sent out a burst on Luma with the zoom link–I used our usual bi-weekly call zoom room but I hope that was okay.
Additionally, there’s a post-event feedback scheduler feature on Luma. Should we create a feedback form and schedule it to send after the event?
we are BGIN’ing the journey towards an agentic future in blockchain governance
find out more at the webinar tomorrow… you in? ![]()

@shinichiro.matsuo @Mitchell
As per your requests I will record the webinar today and have it saved to the cloud.
I drafted the below email to send out to the participants after the webinar to gather their feedback on the webinar in addition to the proposal. It would be great if you guys could review and approve of it before I circulate it after the event tonight.
I believe it would be good to send it out tonight or by tomorrow!
