Please let me cancel the following Ops WG meetings. I think deleting the calendar invite was succeeded but apologies if it has not been reflected to your calendar yet.
Thank you for those who talked in person with me for a debrief of Block#11. Now that what we need to do is clear (to work on the to-do list), we don’t have to have a meeting every week. Please let me know you all if I feel we need to meet. We can communicate offline for a while.
Please let me know if you have any opinions regarding the to-do list below.
To-do list
• Prepare the Block#11 meeting reports. → I am working on this now!
• Establish workflow guidelines to enable the immediate launch of new projects. → I will ask you all for comments once I get it done
• Develop guidelines for the Working Group Chairs regarding project management. → I will ask you all for comments once I get it done
• Launch the new website. → I need help from WG chairs (will send you all the detail this later).
• Set up a Mailchimp subscription and create a mailing list. → Once we subscribe Mailchimp, I will send Block11 attendees an email with the announcement of WG meetings with a function that allows them to opt-in or opt-out of mailing list subscriptions.
• Schedule the first Steering Committee meeting at the end of this month. → although 3 seats are left, we can start the first meeting while asking candidates to fill the seats. One of the things we need to do in the first meeting is to get approval of the launch of the Cybersecurity WG.
For WG Chairs
We started using Google Workspace. I would like all of the working chairs to put all of the BGIN-related documents you have on your own drive. I created folders in the drive so that you can tell where you would like to put what.
