We have confirmed that Block#11 will be collocated with DC Fintech Week, which happens from October 21 Monday to 24 Thursday (their main days open to the public are just 23 Thursday and 24 Friday).
We are choosing between having Block#10
- October 20 (Sunday) - October 22 (Tuesday)
- October 24 (Thursday) - October 26 (Saturday)

Cons of Option 1
It starts on Sunday, which we expect will cause fewer people to come. Most people plan a trip for the DC Fintech Week, and it is usually easier for them to join side events after the main event.

It might be easier for people who have already booked flight tickets to extend their stay in DC and join us.
