First, we wanted to announce that we finally updated the website! There are a few items that we have not finished yet, but I hope it looks better than the previous one.
I am writing this email because I would like your help as WG chairs regarding the following works. Please let me know if you have any questions. In the meantime, I am going to create the Working Group Charter for BGIN.
WG Chair Photos, Names, and Titles
I would like to put your names, titles, and photos of the WG Chairs on our website. Could you let me know the titles you’d like to be displayed? For the photos, I plan to use those provided for Block#9 and Block#10, but please feel free to share any updated photos if you’d prefer them.
WG Short Paper
The mission of each working group is currently listed briefly on our website, but I’m considering creating a document to provide further clarity for participants. This document should be accessible to anyone. Could you review the draft below and add more information about the mission?

WG Meeting Agenda
As I talked with Mitchell and Leon about this the other day, I believe that one of the reasons for the decrease in participants could be the lack of timely sharing of the meeting agenda in advance. Therefore, let’s make sure to keep it updated adequately in the Drive folder linked below.
I also discussed this with Mitchell recently—the purpose of the WG Meeting is to advance the projects, so it’s not necessary to hold bi-weekly meetings regularly. What’s important is having a clear agenda for each meeting, so that those who need to participate can block time in advance.
